1-1 Publisher support
360Giving helps grantmaking organisations to publish their grants data openly using the 360Giving Data Standard. Sharing open grants data informs a deeper understanding of grantmaking in the UK, in turn improving charitable giving for the communities and causes that need it most.
If you’re new to the publishing process we have a wide range of support available to help you begin the publishing journey. You can find a quick introduction to the process in our blog introducing the Complete Guide to Publishing, an online resource covering the entire process in detail.
We also host a regular schedule of live workshops on publishing, including our ‘Introduction to Publishing’ sessions which are great for beginners. 1-1 Publisher Support Calls
In addition to the support above, every Thursday afternoon we offer free, individual 1-1 Publisher Support video calls with our Helpdesk Team. These calls are booked on a first-come, first-serve basis in slots of 30 minutes.
What can I ask about?
1-1 Publisher Support calls are perfect for when you have more complex questions about the publishing process which are not answered elsewhere. This might include concerns that are specific to your organisation or unexpected challenges you’ve encountered.
Our friendly team can give you specialised advice, and help troubleshoot issues you may be encountering whilst planning, preparing or publishing your grants data. There is no set structure to the calls, and they will be guided by your needs; please let us know what you would like to discuss through the booking form.
