Welcoming Tania Cohen as 360Giving’s CEO

By

As many of you know, our CEO Rachel Rank is moving on in March this year. Rachel has been here since the beginning, and her unwavering dedication, energy and enthusiasm have been instrumental to our success so far. It has been wonderful to work under Rachel’s leadership, but as she said in her recent blogpost: “with a new 3-year strategy, an enthusiastic team and a healthy bank balance, now is the right time for me to hand over to someone with fresh thinking.”

We wish Rachel all the very best, and are delighted to announce Tania Cohen as our new CEO. Tania has extensive experience in the nonprofit and grantmaking sectors, having held strategy, leadership and consultancy roles at numerous nonprofits and sector organisations. She joins us most immediately from London Youth, where she has been Director of Finance and Resources.

Tania said: “it is a privilege and honour to be asked to take on the role of CEO at 360Giving. I am committed to continuing the fantastic work that Rachel and the dedicated team of staff and board members have delivered so far. I look forward to working with them to shape the next stage of the organisation to support effective, informed and strategic decision-making and learning across the charitable giving sector.”

Fran Perrin, our founder and chair, said: “I am delighted that Tania has agreed to join 360Giving. We are creating meaningful change in the grantmaking sector and there is real momentum around what we are doing. Tania brings an understanding of the challenges the sector faces and how data can help. Both the board and the team are looking forward to working with her.”

Tania will join us from 16th March 2020.
